This is a very quiet activity, where you can exercise your whole body. You will exercise your legs, thighs and buttocks while maintaining balance, and chest area, abdomen and arms when paddling. If you ever get tired of paddling, you can always sit or lie on the board and enjoy the rays of the sun, relax with the views of the beach, connect with nature while contemplating the horizon or dive into the cool water.

Before you start

If you have never practiced this sport, our experienced instructors will explain the basic rules for the proper use and maintenance of the material, and the basic techniques for sailing autonomously and safely. You need to know

We will provide you with all the necessary equipment to practice paddle surfing: the best paddle surf boards, with a surface large enough to keep you standing, the paddle so you can move around, a safety vest and neoprene so you don't get cold. All the equipment is in perfect condition and is of the best quality.

Our professional photographer will take photos of your walk, request them at the end of the activity.
