- Cancelaciones con una semana o más de antelación: sin penalización (Si la gestión de la reserva no implica gatos con terceros o costes de algún tipo, si los hay se descontarán del importe a devolver)

- Cancelaciones entre una semana y 72 horas antes de la actividad: - 20% de penalización

- Cancelaciones entre 72 horas y 48 horas antes de la actividad: - 40% de penalización

- Cancelaciones 48 horas o menos antes de la actividad: importe total.
