• MAXIMUM group per guide 6 people, if you are more than 6 the group will be divided.
• This tour INCLUDES a local guide, bike rental and helmet.
• It is REQUIRED to know how to ride a bicycle and a height of between 1.50m and 1.90m approximately to ride bikes comfortably.
• Tour NOT accessible to people with reduced mobility.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

No cost will be applied for cancellations made 7 days before the tour takes place.

50% of the total amount of the service will be reimbursed for reservations canceled between 4 and 6 days before the tour takes place.

In the case of reservations canceled less than 4 days before the tour, there will be no refund.

If payment is not received within the first 72 hours of receiving the customer's request for
payment the pre-booking will be canceled

3.- That I have no contraindications for using the bicycle (neither I nor my
companions) and that I am responsible (myself and my companions) for the management or driving of
the bicycle, such as safety and health conditions while traveling.
4.- That the bicycle (bicycles) delivered by Go Local are (are) in perfect condition and that
during the E-Bike Tour I am responsible for the care of the equipment provided and
that in the event of a misuse or theft/disappearance of the same, I will bear the costs of repair or
replacement. Being aware that the value of the Orbea Katu E-20 amounts to 2499€.
5.- That I know and understand the regulations governing the E-Bike Tour activity and that I am
fully in accordance with them, subject to the power of those rules.
6.- That I voluntarily assume the risks associated with the use of bicycles and, consequently,
I exempt the organization of the company from any damage or harm it may suffer during its
use. This exemption does not cover damages that are the result of fault or
negligence of the organization
