We will first drive along Costa Adeje to a beautiful viewpoint of several volcanoes and the enormous pine forest in the town of Vilaflor. Here you will also find the oldest and largest pine “El Pino Gordo”. This opportunity gives us time to take a short photographic break, you can also enjoy a good local coffee “El Barraquito
”.Then we continued to an area called Zapato de la Reina. This area has an excellent environment with a series of huge and famous rocks where we have time to take a little walk on the rocks and get some great photos.
Later we arrived at the famous place in the park with incredible scenery and the famous Roques de García. Here you will have time to take beautiful photos. On the other side of the rocks in the Parador de Cañadas del Teide, there is also a cafeteria and a nice
souvenir shop.We also passed the old Teide peak “El Pico Viejo” with its huge lava field of more than 5 km². Quite recent a little over 200 years ago.
Then we drive a little further into the Teide National Park, and we arrive at a fantastic place where we have the opportunity to take a perfect spot behind the crater of the Sámara volcano. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking views with the sunset just behind the neighboring island of La Gomera. A blanket is available to keep you warm and comfortable
